No products produced by Simply Belle is intended to cure, prevent or treat any diseases or condition one may have. All products are made carefully to ensure they are of the highest quality and made with the purest material found to be safe for your skin. Patch test all skincare, lip care, and hair care products on yourself before continuing full use. Understand that preservatives are not included in products unless stated otherwise so be sure to keep in a cool area and do not cross contaminate. All products have a shelf life of 6-24 months unless stated otherwise. Most products do include sweet almond oil, if you have any allergies contact me for custom orders.
Return & Exchanges
No products purchased from Simply Bellé Essentials can be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the products. If item arrives damaged please contact customer service within 24 hours to receive a refund, store credit, or receive a second package.
Shipping & Processing
All orders are processed and shipped in a timely fashion and unless stated otherwise processing time takes 7-14 business days and 1-3 business days for shipping. This time frame for shipping can vary due to COVID-19. Weekends and holidays are not included within this time frame. If these times do not work for you and your order is very urgent, I am willing to work with you as best as I can. Please email customer service expressing the urgency of your order. Pick up order times are now processed within a week of placing your order beginning 9/13/2020.
